Twelfth Night - August 4-24/08 - featuring Christine Horne and Kevin Walker

Viola is shipwrecked on the shores of Illyria, losing contact with her twin brother, Sebastian, whom she believes dead. Posing as a man and masquerading as a young page under the name Cesario, she enters the service of Duke Orsino whom she falls secretly in love with. When Cesario is sent to woo Lady Olivia for the Duke, she unintentionally becomes the object of Olivia's affections and sets the stage for one of Shakespeare's most beloved comic tales of mistaken identity and mischief!

The Secret Garden - July 15-August 21/08

Mary Lennox is orphaned in the late 1900s and is sent to England to live in Missethwaite Manor, the gloomy estate of her brooding and melancholy uncle, Lord Craven. After befriending Lord Craven's apparently crippled son and the young Dickon, Mary begins to explore the estate and discovers a neglected garden. Their journey leads to a moving re-affirmation of life and love for the entire family.

Beware the Falling Trees! Lorraine and the Great Moraine Adventure - July 29-August 15/08

WORLD PREMIERE! Performed by members of the Senior Youth Theatre Conservatory

The Oak Ridges Moraine is one of Ontario's prominent landforms. So when Lorraine the deer discovers that her friend Winston plans to cut down all the trees on a section of the Moraine and build a giant disco, she has to take action. But what's the big deal about cutting down a bunch of trees? Lorraine and her friends find out as mystic toads, militant salamanders and out-of-this-world dance numbers abound on their journey to save the Moraine. Recommended for young audiences.
