N E W - This week-long intensive class will take place alongside the students participating in the Senior Conservatory Program and will serve as an introduction to performing Shakespeare.

The program will seek to demystify Shakespeare’s text and provide students with the tools to perform his works with confidence.

Each student will be asked to select a Shakespearean monologue that will be perfected over the course of the week as students participate in various workshops led by professional theatre artists.

Classes are held at The Country Day School in their comfortable air-conditioned studios, in King City, Monday to Friday for one week, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Their Performing Arts Centre is a state-of-the-art facility boasting a theatre, drama/music classrooms, wardrobe and set construction workshops and a classroom that has been specially designed for technical production instruction.
